He can walk the walk, and talk the talk!

It's so exciting to see your baby learn something new. But there is definitely a part of me that is saying, "NO! You are my baby, and I want you to stay that way." But despite what I think, the clock keeps ticking. And my boys keep getting bigger! Walking... Ronin is officially walking. He took his first steps while he was nine months old. But he really didn't start walking all over until the weekend of July 4th. It took him a little while to get brave. By the time he hit hit 10 months, hew was walking all over the house. I think it was the 18th when he started standing up and walking in the middle of the room. Meaning, he didn't have to pull himself up on any furniture to get his start. He is so big!! The first walking video is from July 14. I hate I didn't get him when he first started walking, but he just got good at it so quick! Don't say peep about Poe

Jax has always slept with his little lovey that we named "Peep." At the time, I thought it was a sheep...so Peep came from Bo Peep. Anyway, it made sense before I realized it was in fact a dog. But regardless of animal type, Jax LOVES Peep and must sleep with him every night. Plan A In a preemptive effort to avoid disaster, I miraculously found another "peep" online. When it came in, I stashed it in a drawer. Peep number 2 was on standby. The first time we couldn't find Peep at bedtime, I got new Peep out of the drawer to perform his first role of Peep. But Jax took one look at him and would have nothing to do with him. In fact, he threw the 2 nd Peep and said, "NO!! Peep." Nothing I could say would talk him into believing they were one in the same.
