Little SnuggleBug

Over the past few weeks, Jax has gone from waking twice a night for a bottle (1 am & 4 am) to just once a night (3:30 am). For about a week now, he has wanted his bottle around 4:00 or 4:30 am. But, last night Jax slept from 10:30 to 5:15 this morning before needing his bottle. We didn't even go back to sleep after the bottle. I just laid him in the bed, and we talked and played. I know part of his improved sleeping habits are related to him getting older, but I also credit his "Swaddle Me Infant Blanket" we've had for just a few weeks now. He can't break his arms free from this swaddle (which velcros) the way he did the regular blankets. For some reason, he startles himself when he moves his arms in his sleep. So this has really helped out. I found it at Babies-R-Us and love it! I can't wait for my puffy eyes (from lac...

Well, it looks as if John found someone who loves his television just as much as he does. Jax noticed the TV for the first time yesterday! Jax stayed in his stroller most of the time we were there. It was funny to see all of the strollers at the zoo - I never paid attention before - but now I recognize all of them by their brand name from trying to decide which one to buy myself. I remember I did the same thing after I got married with noticing china. Before registering myself, I never paid any attention to people's china and everyday dishes. There are more zoo pics under our Picture Albums. Jax LOVES his new sling. Here w...

Jax Ryon Wilson was born on 1/9/07 at 3:19 pm. I was induced due to high blood pressure, but the delivery was a breeze (after the epidural, that is). Although he was 2 weeks early, he weighed 7 lbs 1 oz and was 19.5 inches long. Here are some pictures to catch you up to today (10 weeks, 1 day old)! I finally get to enjoy the outdoors; it's been so cold! My first trip to church (6 weeks 5 days) My first night in a hotel - Huntsville, Alabama - (9 weeks 3 days) My naked picture! Look at my cute cheeks!
